The Annual Campaign Kickoff was a big success! This year's Kickoff was held at the Marshalltown Arts & Civic Center (MACC), 709 S Center St, on Tuesday, September 17, courtesy of Venue Sponsor Alliant Energy. We began with a social and free-will donation BBQ meal at 4:30pm. Andy Cole (MCSO) and Pat Hageman (Assured Partners) were onsite smoking and grilling their specialties with meat donated by JBS, served with sides donated by Walmart. At 5:30pm all were invited to join us in the Monet Reception Hall where Campaign Co-Chairs Kate Bowermaster and Kyley Leger revealed their campaign video and shared this year's campaign goal of $900,000.
