Our Mission: To provide individualized services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, helping them obtain greater independence in their community through living, learning and doing.
Our Philosophy: Every person is entitled to dignity and respect, regardless of disability. CIRSI endeavors to provide support, empowerment, and services that uphold each person's dignity and respects the uniqueness of each individual. We all have strengths and needs; it is inherent in being human. We also have the right to make choices and decisions regarding how we utilize our strengths and meet our needs. We believe people have the ability and motivation to learn and grow - at their own pace - in their own way.
Our Services: Supported Community Living is available to children and adults. This support can include twenty-four-hour assistance or hourly casework services as needed. The primary goal is for a person to live in his or her community of choice and have the necessary supports, based on individual needs and desires.
